Dear Mr. Piot,
We are still waiting (from April 8th) for the return of our deposit (contract number 11024). You would return it to our bank account, but we haven't heard anything from you. Also, the Royal Dutch ANWB Association says you are not responding to their official complaint letters. We still hope we can solve this problem as soon as possible, without the intervention of the governments.

Dear Mr. Hendriks, We supose that there might be some misunderstanding about the company you booked with. You probably have booked with a Hotel/Provider directly, as we are not aware of any booking in your name in Tenerife, and neither have a Mr. Piot working for us. (and our booking numbers are 6 figures minimum).
In case you are sure having booked via costasur.com please provide us with some more information about product (hotel name? car rental? flight? activities? dates of stay?) and the details of the email of confirmation you should have recieved from us about the product booked to be able to track this issue and help you to get your refund of deposit.
