Steps to follow
1- If you have a complaint about any of our services or the advertised offers on our web page, you should contact your local provider. For example, if you have had an incident with accommodation, you should contact the local Costasur office or the person responsible for delivery of keys.
2- If a solution cannot be reached according to the terms of your reservation, you may write us at reclamaciones@costasur.com, and we will review the case and contact you.
